  Hi Everyone, Here is some of that beautiful dye used on some yarn I spunfor a rug I started weaving about 2 week ago. I am really impressed how well the yarn took the dye. I am weaving a rug for the entryway for our home. I am using a black cotton warp so it tones down the brightness of the color of the yarn a little and I hope it will hide some of the dirt that will be brought in form the outside. At least it sounded good when I thought about it we will find out when the rug is finished. I will keep you posted on the outcome of the rug and show you when it is done. Back to work I go! |
